Heart of Dating ("we," "us," "our") operates the Find Your Person Challenge at fyp.heartofdating.com ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
- Registration data: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, birth year, and state of residence — collected when you register for the Challenge.
- Consent data: whether you opted in to SMS reminders.
- Purchase data: if you upgrade to VIP, payment is processed by our payment provider (ThriveCart / Stripe); we receive transaction confirmation but do not store full card details.
- Usage data: standard web analytics (page views, referrer, country, device class) collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.
How we use your information
- To deliver the Challenge experience (email and SMS event reminders, replay links, login info).
- To send occasional promotional updates about Heart of Dating products you may find useful.
- To measure advertising effectiveness and improve our funnel.
- To comply with legal obligations.
SMS messaging program
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories noted in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
By opting in via the SMS consent checkbox on our registration form, you agree to receive recurring automated messages from Heart of Dating, including event reminders (typically 1 per night during a live Challenge) and occasional marketing updates. Message frequency varies; average 1–4 messages per month with bursts during live event weeks. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Third-party services we use
- ActiveCampaign — email marketing and CRM (stores name, email, phone, opt-in status).
- Telnyx — SMS delivery (receives mobile number and message content for transmission).
- ThriveCart / Stripe — payment processing for VIP upgrades.
- Cloudflare — site hosting and privacy-respecting analytics.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising pixel and conversions API for ad measurement; hashed email and phone may be transmitted for match quality.
Each processor is contractually bound to handle your data only for the purposes we instruct.
Your rights
- Access: request a copy of what we hold on you.
- Deletion: request we delete your data.
- Opt out: unsubscribe from email (every email has a link) or SMS (reply STOP).
- Correction: request we update incorrect data.
