These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Find Your Person Challenge ("the Challenge"), operated by Heart of Dating ("we," "us," "our"). By registering, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. The Challenge is intended for single adults seeking a faith-aligned approach to dating and relationships.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current so we can deliver event access and reminders.
The Challenge is a multi-night live online event with optional VIP upgrade. We will provide access details via email and SMS (if opted in). We reserve the right to modify event format, schedule, or content at our discretion; we will communicate material changes in advance when reasonably possible.
VIP upgrade refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the VIP content. To request a refund, email info@hodpodcast.com within the refund window.
By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails about the Challenge (event reminders, access details). Marketing emails and SMS messages are sent only with your explicit opt-in and you may unsubscribe at any time (email: unsubscribe link in every message; SMS: reply STOP).
All content delivered during the Challenge — including videos, slides, workbooks, audio, and written materials — is owned by Heart of Dating and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Challenge content without our written permission.

Heart of Dating provides educational and inspirational content about dating, relationships, and faith. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, or clergy. Content is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental-health, medical, legal, or pastoral advice. Decisions you make based on Challenge content are your own.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heart of Dating and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or noted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
